Lisa has been moving for as long as she can remember – what started with ballet quickly turned into a deep love for everything related to movement. To this day, each of her classes is filled with joy, energy, and expression.
When she’s not teaching, she designs spaces: As an architect, her heart beats for clean lines, creative ideas, and beautiful details – a holistic perspective that also shapes her classes. They’re structured, thoughtful, and at the same time light and fluid – even if your muscles will clearly say afterward: “That was something!”
For Lisa, movement is more than just fitness – it’s about mental strength, self-care, and a strong sense of community.
What brings her the most joy? The proud faces after class – those moments when it’s clear that movement not only strengthens the body but also builds confidence.
Her classes are precise, warm, and motivating – always with the goal that everyone feels comfortable, seen, and leaves with a good feeling.
