Physioflow combines the best of sports physiotherapy, yoga, and Pilates. This well-rounded training blends strength, mobility, and balance exercises with a strong focus on deep, stabilizing muscles. Movements are performed in sync with your breath, offering not just physical benefits but also a calming effect on the mind.
Physioflow is mindful yet powerful – challenging without overwhelming. That makes it a smart and accessible concept for absolutely everyone.
This class may be supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized: Important information about the process!
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- This workout takes place barefoot
Suitable for:
Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Intensity:
The class has low to medium intensity and is especially suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
