This class offers you a workout that challenges without overwhelming. An attentive practice that combines the best of yoga and Pilates: strengthening exercises, gentle mobilization, and flowing stretch sequences. In a balanced mix of strength, balance, and flexibility, you’ll activate your deep stabilizing muscles, improve your posture, and gain greater mobility.
Through slow, mindful movements in sync with the breath, a flow arises that relaxes both body and mind. Perfect for anyone looking to move gently and sustainably while doing something truly good for themselves.
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- This workout takes place barefoot
Suitable for:
Everyone! No previous experience is required.
Intensity:
The class has low to medium intensity and is especially suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

This class is supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized.
