Sports-physiotherapy + Yoga + Pilates
Physioflow combines the best of sports-physiotherapy, Yoga and Pilates. The varied training consisting of strengthening, mobility and balance exercises with a focus on the deep and stabilizing muscles. The exercises are carried out in the flow of breathing, which also offers a beneficial relaxation for the mind. Physioflow is mindful and at the same time powerful and demanding - without overstraining. This makes Physioflow a suitable training concept for everyone.

Your health insurance pays the class fee! This class is certified by the Central Prevention Testing Center (ZPP). Your health insurance company subsidizes a whole series of 10 classess twice a year: Important information about the process!

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes place barefoot

Suitable for...

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class has low to medium intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

Big compliments to Evelyn! I usually do mostly high intensity classes with you. I was sick and wanted to slowly start exercising again: With Physioflow, online. And that was great: a very good selection of exercises and a really pleasant playlist. I feel like a new person.
