Physyolates® combines the proven principles of classical Pilates with modern insights from physiotherapy, biomechanics and sports medicine. The result is a holistic movement concept that is gentle, precise and sustainably effective.

The focus is on core stability, mindful movement and healthy posture. Through controlled exercises, you will improve deep core strength, coordination and mobility while enhancing body awareness, concentration and relaxation – helping you feel stronger, more balanced and more at ease in everyday life.

Exercises can be adapted to your individual fitness level, making this class suitable for both injury prevention and as an ideal counterbalance to the demands of modern life, such as prolonged sitting or repetitive movement patterns.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle, joint-friendly exercises with a focus on precision

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes place barefoot

Suitable for:

Physyolates® is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. It is especially beneficial if you:

Intensity: 

The class has low to medium intensity and is especially suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

Your health insurance will cover the course fees for our Yoga & Pilates Flow (Physioflow) classes!

This class is supported by your health insurance! Certified by the Central Prevention Checkpoint (Zentrale Prüfstelle Prävention – ZPP), your health insurance can cover up to 100% of the course fee. Twice a year, a full 10-session course series may be subsidized.

Big compliments to Evelyn! I usually do mostly high intensity classes with you. I was sick and wanted to slowly start exercising again: With Physioflow, online. And that was great: a very good selection of exercises and a really pleasant playlist. I feel like a new person.
