The best of all workouts in one ultimate 90-minute workout!
After an extensive, invigorating warm-up, we power our way through 30 minutes of HIIT and get our heart rate rocketing upwards! The focus here is on cardio training and strengthening the leg and abdominal muscles. This heats up our fat burning in the following 30 minutes of strength training. We concentrate on working the deep muscles, especially the abdominals and arms.

Afterwards, you have more than earned a relaxed mobility and stretching unit. Muscles and fasciae are stretched intensively. To finish, there's a lovely final relaxation session in which we turn our focus inwards and calm down completely. As said: The ultimate workout ;)

 


WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

15 min. dynamic DEEPWORK® warm-up
25 min. HIIT High Intensity Interval Training
30 min. core power & plank time
15 min. stretching & mobility
  5 min. Savasana

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes place barefoot

 

Suitable For:

Everybody! No previous experience required. You should have a good fitness level and be injury-free. Not suitable during pregnancy.

 

Intensity: 

The class is very intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
