This is a combo of Marina’s best workouts:
once a month, she assembles her favorite exercises into an ultimate 90-minute class. Definitively one of The Bodyworkers highlights!
After a comprehensive, energizing warm-up originated from DEEPWORK, we power through 30 minutes of high intensity interval training to get our heart rate rocketing. Be prepared: these repetitions will get your legs and buttocks to burn, while boosting your endurance.
The third block of our Ultimate 90-Minute Workout is inspired by cardio pilates, with a focus on strengthening our deep muscles, especially the abdominals and arms.
The workout finishes with some stretching movements and well-earned relaxation time for total stress release and deep relaxation. This is indeed an ultimate workout ;)
What do you need for this Livestream?
- a large towel
- your own mat
- something to drink
- this workout will be done barefoot
Who is it suitable for?
Everybody! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury as this is a high-impact workout.
Intensity:
The class is very intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
