Bodysculpt is not for half-measures – this class challenges your entire body! With a mix of weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio boosts like burpees or jumping jacks, your heart rate stays high and your energy up. The focus is on strength: you’ll activate your deep muscles, build power, and sculpt your body into its best form.
Bodysculpt shapes not only your muscles but also your mindset. Variety is guaranteed – boredom doesn’t stand a chance. Intense, sweaty, effective – this class pushes you to your limits and sculpts you from head to toe.
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- Indoor sports shoes
Suitable for:
Anyone who enjoys intensity. This is a workout with weights and jumps – you should bring a solid fitness level and be free from injuries.
Not suitable during pregnancy - but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

The class is intense, but most exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We’re happy to provide alternatives anytime. Please inform your trainer beforehand if you have any special needs, limitations, or injuries.
