An explosive HIIT workout that will push you to your limits and beyond!
Dynamic and sweaty high-intensity (HIIT) cardio exercises are combined with challenging strength exercises and really get the cardiovascular system going. It is one of the most strenuous classes in our schedule, so you should be injury-free and have some physical condition. If you do it regularly, you will soon increase your fitness and see success. You'll feel high after this class!

bring along:

  • your own mat (if possible)
  • large Pilates towel
  • the training takes place barefoot
  • sportsewar in neon colors

suitable for:

Anyone who loves intensive workouts, no prior knowledge required, you should be fit and strong and be injury-free. Not suitable during pregnancy.

Intensity:

The course is very intense and for those who want to really push themselves. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
