What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • Indoor sports-shoes
  • Optional: Piloxing Gloves

suitable for:

All who love it intense. This is a dynamic high-impact workout with lots of jumps – you’ll need solid endurance and should be injury-free.
Not suitable during pregnancy – but our Mama Fitness classes are ready to welcome you with open arms!

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time where they are needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
