Piloxing combines the powerful, fast movements of boxing with the aesthetic and delicate exercises of Pilates.

With Pilates as the first component of this crossover training, Piloxing incorporates tried-and-tested exercises for good posture, toned abdominal muscles and a strong back. Movement sequences from boxing combined with dance steps to fast music bring a lot of momentum to things. The result is a sweaty, full-body workout mix. The phases alternate, sometimes mix and thus become a real coordination challenge.

 

What you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • Optional: Indoor sport shoes

Anyone who loves intensive workouts. No previous knowledge necessary.

Intensity: 

The class is rather intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time where they are needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have any special needs, limitations or injuries.
