A Holistic Workout for Body and Mind
Created by the makers of DEEPWORK®, BodyART® offers similar movements – but slower and more mindful. This physiotherapy-based training method focuses on injury prevention, pain relief, and long-term joint health. Expect a blend of bodyweight strength exercises, stretching elements from yoga and Pilates, and static holds, all combined with conscious breathing. Added to this are dance-inspired movements that flow seamlessly from one to the next, turning a gentle warm-up into a challenging full-body workout.
This holistic approach leaves you with a deep sense of relaxation and well-being after an intense session.
Perfect also for anyone who loves DEEPWORK® and wants to dive deeper into the movements with greater awareness.
What you need:
- Water (no glass bottles!)
- Towel
- The training takes place barefoot
SUITABLE FOR:
Everyone, no previous experience necessary. The class is particularly suitable for beginners as well as for people who are looking for athletic performance.
INTENSITY:
The class has moderate intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
