Tired of staring at the same four walls? Maybe it’s time to try something different!
Something like exercising on the site of the world's largest Volksfest. Matthias developed a total-body outdoor workout concept that he carries out on the Theresienwiese, whatever the weather (yes, you read that right).
All circuits consist of short bursts of explosive, intense movements and lower-intensity exercise, alternating with short sprints and hill running repeats. The exercises can be individually adapted to your fitness level and you'll always get alternatives, where they are needed. We train with our own body weight without equipment. The class will definitely help get your heart rate up and boost your conditioning. We bet you'll get a real kick out of it!

What do you need for this workout?

  • your own mat if you need one
  • sports shoes
  • something to drink
  • valuables must be worn on the body

Who is it suitable for?

For all those who love intensity training! No previous experience is required. It goes without saying that you shouldn't be working out with an injury.

Intensity: 

The class is intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.

Meeting point

Stairs in front of the Bavaria statue on Theresienwiese. We kindly ask participants to arrive a few minutes before class, as we might move to a different spot for the workout.

SPARTAN Preparation Bootcamp

In 10 appointments before the Spartan Obstacle Race we prepare for the colorful mix of obstacles and are then on 15.04. super fit together in the starting block.

My legs are on fire :-D Yesterday I was with Coach Matthias at Outdoor HIIT. Great exercises and also always a "simpler" variant, so that you can keep up as a newcomer! There was a great mixed group at the start and the outdoor location is a real hit. Can recommend the training to everyone.

Even if the alarm clock rings early, at the latest after the HIIT the Day with Luisa you are really awake and ready for the day, great varied workout!
