Finally, there's a workout that gets you sweating without jumps. That's LIIT - Low Impact Interval Training! What makes LIIT so special is the protection of your joints and cardiovascular system. You're training your strength and endurance in the optimal aerobic range for fat burning - without torturing yourself. So, this workout is not only effective, but also safe and stressfree.
Simply a unique cozy cardio training experience at a medium intensity that get your heart pumping while you feel absolutely comfortable at all times.

BBP (“Bauch, Beine, Po” in German) XPRESS - a punchy workout for abs, legs, and glutes!
Brevity is the soul of wit! In just 40 minutes, we pack in loads of repetitions and take few breaks to get the maximum out of you and the workout. This way, we achieve the same effects in a shorter time as we would in a whole hour. In addition to targeted muscle building from knees to shoulders, we also focus on maximizing fat burning. Bodytoning at its finest - this workout really gets you in shape!

Core Burn XPRESS - a short, high-intensity workout for your abs.
Core Burn XPRESS lives up to its name. In this workout, we get your core muscles burning in the shortest possible time. With very effective exercises, we work specifically on the middle of the body - the abdominal muscles - while also focusing on strengthening the opposing muscles on the back of the body. This strengthens your entire core, which not only has positive visual effects, but also improves your overall stability and posture. If you're consistent, you'll notice results very soon.

The classes are are medium intense, most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
