Brevity is the soul of wit! In just 40 minutes, we pack in loads of repetitions and take few breaks to get the maximum out of you and the workout. This way, we achieve the same effects in a shorter time as we would in a whole hour. In addition to targeted muscle building from knees to shoulders, we also focus on maximizing fat burning. Bodytoning at its finest - this workout really gets you in shape!

DEEPWORK XPRESS - The unique power workout in short format.
Dynamic, powerful, and unlike anything you've experienced before! The hour is very challenging, the movements are fast, and the music is loud and inspiring. A workout with addictive potential; once you've tried it, you'll want more! Through individual modifications, you can tailor the workout to your fitness level, although a certain basic level of fitness is required.

What do you need:

  • Water (no glass bottles!)
  • Towel
  • This workout takes places barefoot

Intensity: 

The class is rather intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
