DEEPWORK is a holistic functional whole body workout which combines strength, flexibility, cardio and breathing, with an added focus on endurance. The class challenges the body and mind while maintaining the integrity of form, alignment and mindfulness.
The class is designed to suit everyone’s physical ability, as all exercises are shown with different levels of intensity. DEEPWORK boosts mood and energy. Give it a try!
What do you need for this workout?
- a large Pilates-Towel
- your own mat if you have one
- this workout will be done barefoot
Who is it suitable for?
For all those who love intensity training! No previous experience is required. It is not recommended to do DEEPWORK while injured as it’s a high-impact workout. Not suitable with injuries or problems on your knees.
Intensity:
The class is very intense, but most of the exercises can be adapted to your fitness level. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
