Your Pilates course with a certain amount of "burn"
We feel and shape our entire body through conscious and slow movement. Saholy helps you build great posture, improve your body awareness and strengthen and stretch your muscles at the same time. In this course we deliberately avoid jumps. Feel good all around, during and after your workout.

What do you need for this workout?

  • a large Pilates-Towel
  • your own mat if you have one
  • this workout will be done barefoot

Who is it suitable for?

Everyone! No previous experience is required.

Intensity: 

The class has medium intensity and is suitable for beginners. More intense exercises alternate with gentle mobilization. After the class you will feel light and relaxed. We are happy to give you alternative exercises at any time, if needed. Let your trainer know in advance if you have special needs, restrictions or injuries.
